Li Biao, styled Qiongyu.
Research, and products.
PI at the Shanghai Qi Zhi Institute, focused on the commercialization, large-scale deployment, and Token economics of AI and Agents; founder of ZhiyuHui and the HeYi community. Good research should end up in things that work — and that can be accounted for.

My work spans two ends: research — how Agents get priced, metered, and deployed at scale — and engineering and entrepreneurship, turning those ideas into real infrastructure. At the Qi Zhi Institute I drive these directions as a PI; outside, I founded ZhiyuHui for Agent commercialization infrastructure and the HeYi community to connect developers with real-world scenarios.
If I had to put my central question in one line: when intelligence itself becomes a tradable commodity, how do we price it and let value actually flow.
